7 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Fa11 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons. If an account is closed, any valid balance will be returned, but bonus funds will be forfeited.

• Long-Inactive Accounts (12 Months+)
• Self-Exclusion at Member's Own Request
• Closure required for legal or regulatory reasons
